SMOKEY OLIVE WOOD (SOW) Almond is made from specially selected almond wood.

Strong aroma and intense smoke. Gives a distinctive, sweet yet spicy flavour to the dish. Perfect for pork, beef, lamb and venison.

The carvings can be smoked in a wide range of smokehouses, gas, charcoal or electric grills with tight-fitting lids. 

Particularly convenient for use on gas grills - you can put the chips in the foil container directly into the gas grill

• The wood is dried in sunlight and heat in a very natural and environmentally friendly way. Only a few smoking chip factories in the world dry this way
• Fill the foil jar with water, wine or any other liquid. Soak for at least 20 minutes. Drain the liquid before smoking. Note: This procedure is not necessary for smoking on gas grills
• Punch 6-8 holes in the bottom of the jar. Place on charcoal or gas grills directly on the heat source.
• Start cooking as soon as the chips start to emit smoke.
