SMOKEY OLIVE WOOD (SOW) Wallnut wood dust for cold smoking is made from specially selected walnut wood.

Strong aroma and intense smoke. Gives the dish a distinctive, sweet yet spicy flavour. Ideal for pork, beef, lamb and venison.

100% natural walnut smoking dust is ideal for cold smoking. You can use it in your existing cold smoke generator. When smoking, e.g. with a WEBER generator (17636), a single load of chip dust will allow you to smoke steadily and efficiently for 8-10 hours.

You can choose cold smoking dust for smoking in a wide range of smokers, gas, charcoal or electric grills with tightly sealed lids.
