The TRAEGER Griddle is an accessory that significantly expands the possibilities of your grill and the variety of your dishes. The large, easy-to-grip spike tray is reversible: one side is smooth and the other is rippled. 

It's designed so that you can evenly distribute the fat on the curved side of the tray to cook steaks, chicken, burgers or bacon. And the flat side of the tray is perfect for pancakes, scrambled eggs, caramelised fruit or cheese.
