Multifunctional Peetz Räucherofen, 85 cm

Peetz Räucherofen is a smoker with a stainless steel door and double-walled side walls.

Can be smoked with charcoal, gas or electric heater. Accessories for gas and electric smoking are sold separately.

Holds up to 20 fish lying or hanging. 

Suitable for hot and cold smoking of fish, meat, poultry or other products.

Materials: Stainless steel (material 4301 III d/2 R, high quality chrome/nickel steel) with door.
