The NAPOLEON Griddle is a double-sided cast-iron grill plate that is versatile and therefore ideal for grilling. It is particularly suitable for breakfast cooking, where you can both fry bacon strips on the rough side and fry eggs on the smooth side. It's also suitable for burgers, sandwiches - the possibilities are endless with a double-sided cooking surface.

For a longer life, the cast-iron griddle must be oiled after each use.

The holes on the sides of the plate are designed to allow grease to drain off, so it won't run over the edges of the plate and you'll cook neatly.
